I telefoni SoundPoint® godono tutti della famosa tecnologia Polycom Acoustic Clarity Technology che permette telefonate prive di alcun rumore o effetto eco.
Il SoundPoint® IP 331 combina un'interfaccia altamente intuitiva con un set completo di funzioni tipiche della telefonia professionale, come la gestione dellla chiamata, la conferenza a tre, il supporto di applicazioni XHTML, 2 account voip.
Il SoundPoint® IP 331 è progettato per permettere installazioni semplici e funzionali. Un esempio: la base per il telefono, se capovolta, diventa un supporto per l'installazione da parete, eliminando la necessità di accessori aggiuntivi. Il display grafico LCD 102x33pixel permette una pratica leggibilità i tutte le informazione e il supporto PoE libera dal bisogno di cavi aggiuntivo per l'alimentazione o dal bisogno di essere vicino ad una presa di corrente.

Il SoundPoint® IP 331 è stato testato e certificato per garantire la massima interoperabilità con tutte le piattaforme.
